Do you refund customers for postage expense of returning the goods?
No. We do not refund users for postage expense incurred for returning goods.
When are refunds provided?
Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or if a replacement cannot be provided due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received and checked at our warehouse.
